A recent addition to my workflows, I now spearhead the Art Production and Print Production for this state-of-the-art permanent display in 150+ Nordstrom locations in the United States. I manage the design and mechanical creation of production-ready art files, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure clear print vendor communications.

The structure is composed of modular artwork tiles placed within 30+ steel frame shelves. Sitting on product-shape specific vac-form bases, machine-cut acrylic templates trap tile graphics in place allowing for eye-catching display, clear product navigation, and ease of update.

As a leading production designer, I fully immerse myself in the brand's vision to master its unique visual language. Working closely with the North American Creative Director, I produce regionally accurate mechanical art files that are visually impactful and precisely aligned with the brand's message, tone, and identity.

Since 2023, I led the graphic production for this one-of-a-kind Ulta Flagship double gondola structure, managing over 300 individual pieces of merchandising art. From mechanical development to final print release, I ensured every element from SKU placement to color matching met M·A·C’s rigorous brand standards. This is a living, breathing fixture that I constantly updated and refreshed to maintain a premium consumer experience.

I spearheaded the end-to-end production of every graphic element within this custom Ulta structure. My role involved translating Global Creative concepts into meticulous, print-ready mechanicals. By maintaining constant communication with the North America and Global Creative teams and print vendors, I personally oversaw the QA, color-matching, and direct release of every single asset visible on these shelves.
Leading the mechanical artwork development for this flagship project, I focused on technical excellence and brand consistency. I managed the layout of imagery, copy, and complex product locators (comm-bands) while enforcing strict industry standards for color output. My process ensured a seamless transition from concept to execution for all printed media at this location, stewarding the M·A·C identity through to final installation.

Another one of my major projects, this Nordstrom format exists in 150+ doors nation wide, its exclusive format and layout includes a gondola, back-wall graphics, and lightboxes of varied sizing. This structure contains nearly 150 pieces of individually designed graphics, along with a 16 ft. tall fabric graphic.
