Multi-store retail system & ongoing updates (FY23–Present)

Role: Since FY23, I have led ongoing visual merchandising updates for M·A·C Cosmetics across Ulta Beauty locations, spanning permanent fixtures and seasonal programs. My scope includes managing high-frequency assortment changes, planogram-driven updates, and periodic system overhauls—ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and speed of execution across a large store fleet.

Impact: 

  • Supported continuous retail updates across a multi-store Ulta footprint

  • Maintained brand consistency across frequent assortment and planogram changes

  • Enabled faster rollout of seasonal and promotional updates through standardized systems

  • Reduced execution risk by aligning creative intent with fixture and production realities

Nordstrom 
M.A.C Cosmetics

Flagship retail gondola system (FY23–FY26)

Role: I led the art direction and execution of innovation gondola systems for M·A·C Cosmetics’ flagship Nordstrom location at Columbus Circle. The scope included overseeing 2D visual asset development and in-store rollout across high-visibility innovation bays, ensuring alignment with North America creative guidelines while elevating the customer experience within a premium flagship environment.

Impact: 

  • Delivered a premium, innovation-led gondola system within a high-traffic flagship Nordstrom environment

  • Ensured consistency across Global and North America creative standards

  • Improved product clarity and navigation across high-density innovation assortments

M.A.C Cosmetics

Multi-retailer on-counter launch programs (FY23–FY26)

Role: I led the end-to-end creative development and execution of new product launch displays across multiple retail environments, including Nordstrom, Macy’s, and free-standing M·A·C stores. The scope spanned concept development through production-ready execution, translating global campaign storytelling into retail-ready on-counter systems across varied counter formats. I was responsible for aligning visual hierarchy, product storytelling, and shade navigation across varied counter formats while ensuring consistency with brand standards and retailer-specific requirements.

Impact: 

  • Delivered cohesive new product launch systems across multiple retail channels
